iPrescribe Exercise provides the safest, most comprehensive and evidence-based digital rehab programme currently available.  Remotely monitor your patients whilst tracking their health and activity data in real-time.  It can be used for groups of individuals (e.g. for local authorities, GP practices, health authorities, charities) or for specific disease groups such as:
